The floor plans available in the new building will be similar to the existing condos. The models are Aspen, Bradford, Chestnut, and Dogwood. 

Homes offer 1,368 to 1,805 square feet, and buyers can choose between two and three-bedroom models. There’s an elevator in the existing building, and one planned for the new building. Garage parking is also provided. There are two full bathrooms in each home, and some models have a den or office space. Many homes also have a sitting room space off the master bedroom. There’s a balcony or patio as well as a formal foyer leading into each condo.
